Hey! I’m Solange,

I love sharing my passion for fitness with others. Training is my happy place and the way I take care of myself.

I used to be severely underweight and very self-conscious about it. That changed when I started my fitness journey and built muscle. Fitness truly transformed my life for the better—I felt feminine, physically, and mentally strong!

This experience ignited my passion for fitness, and my goal is to empower as many people as possible.

In the past, I participated in powerlifting meets, where I developed my technical skills in squats, bench press, and deadlifts. Currently, I work as a group fitness instructor at BTY-CLB (Trainmore Utrecht), a small group trainer at SportCity (Wonderwoods), and a personal trainer.
